Who we are

Executive Row is a learning platform operated by Creadio, LLC (“Executive Row,” “we,” “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and Creadio, LLC. They apply to executiverow.com, learn.executiverow.com, and every course, seat, and account on them. By creating an account or buying a course, you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to take a course. Keep your password private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. One person per account: sharing a login so several people can take a course is not allowed, and we may close accounts that do it. Teams who want several people trained buy seats instead.

Courses and access

An individual purchase gives one person ongoing access to that course for as long as Executive Row offers it. A team license gives the buyer a set number of seats, each of which may be assigned to one person. Team seats are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase unless the order says otherwise.

Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not download, record, copy, redistribute, or publicly show course video, audio, or materials. You may use what you learn however you like.

Courses are updated from time to time. We may edit, replace, or retire a lesson. If we retire an entire course you bought, we will give you at least ninety days’ notice and a way to finish it.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Our refund terms are in the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Instructors

Courses are created and taught by independent practitioners who have agreed to teach on Executive Row. Each course reflects its instructor’s professional judgment and experience. It is education, not legal, HR, financial, or medical advice for your specific situation, and you should use your own judgment and your own advisers when applying it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or circumvent seat limits.
• Copy, scrape, record, or redistribute course content.
• Interfere with the platform or other people’s use of it.
• Use the platform for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we do, you are not owed a refund for the part of the course you did not finish.

Intellectual property

Course content belongs to its instructor or to Executive Row. The platform, its design, and the Executive Row name and marks belong to Creadio, LLC. Buying a course gives you a license to watch it, not ownership of it.

Disclaimers and limits

The platform is provided as is. We work hard to keep it available and accurate but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Creadio, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, email account holders. Continuing to use Executive Row after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lucas County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
