Who is responsible
aWLCo Limited operates Executive Row and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This policy covers executiverow.com, learn.executiverow.com, and our related account, course, payment, and support services.
What we collect
- Account and profile details: name, email address, a password hash, and information you choose to add. Instructor applications include the professional details you submit.
- Purchases and authorizations: courses, seat counts, prices, payment references, payment status, and the version and time of your agreement to purchase terms and immediate digital delivery. Card details go directly to Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Learning and seat activity: enrollments, lesson activity, completion records, seat assignments, invitations, and redemption status.
- Technical information: request and security logs, IP addresses, browser/device information, requested pages, traffic and performance measurements, and video playback or quality measurements.
- Communications: support questions, privacy requests, and other information you send us. Do not send passwords or full card details.
How we use information
- Operate accounts, provide purchased access, and save learning progress.
- Process payments, manage team seats, and pay instructors.
- Deliver receipts, account notices, invitations, and password-reset emails.
- Provide support, detect abuse, protect accounts, and improve reliability.
- Document purchase authorizations, investigate billing disputes, and comply with legal and accounting requirements.
We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will send marketing email only where you have requested it or otherwise where permitted by applicable law, with an available unsubscribe mechanism.
Service providers and other recipients
- Stripe processes payments and instructor payout onboarding. Identity, tax, and bank details supplied during Stripe onboarding are handled by Stripe; we receive account identifiers and onboarding/payout status.
- Mux hosts video and processes playback and quality measurements.
- Resend delivers transactional email and processes the recipients and message content needed for delivery.
- Vercel and Neon host the platform and database. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights provide site traffic and performance measurements.
- Team purchasers/administrators can see the names, email addresses, seat status, and course progress associated with their own purchased seats.
- Instructors receive aggregate enrollment and revenue reports for their courses. The current reporting interface does not provide learner contact lists.
Providers may also process information under their own privacy notices for their independent purposes. We may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud, or support a merger, acquisition, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable protections.
Cookies, storage, and measurements
Authentication and security cookies or similar storage keep you signed in and protect requests. Payment, hosting, and video providers may process technical identifiers and device, visit, or playback information to deliver their services. We do not use advertising cookies. Where applicable law requires consent for optional storage or tracking, we will obtain it before enabling those features. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or payment.
Legal bases and international processing
Where a legal basis is required, we process information to perform our agreement with you, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in security, support, and service improvement. We rely on consent where required, and consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other safeguards for international transfers.
Retention and security
We retain account and learning information while needed to provide the service. Payment, authorization, security, and support records may be retained as needed for accounting, legal requirements, fraud prevention, and legal claims. Retention varies with the purpose and applicable requirements. Account deletion does not require deletion of records we must lawfully retain, and backup deletion may follow normal retention cycles.
We use access controls, hashed passwords, encrypted connections, and other reasonable safeguards. No system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Contact hello@executiverow.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal or complaint to a privacy regulator. We may verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Children
Executive Row is intended for working professionals and is not directed to children under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect their information. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes and contact
We will update the effective date when this policy changes and provide notice of material changes through the platform or account email.
