No-Refund Policy.

All sales are final

Executive Row is operated by aWLCo Limited. We do not provide refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or credits for individual courses or team licenses, except where applicable law requires a remedy. We do not offer a money-back guarantee or a trial purchase.

This includes a change of mind, lack of time, non-use, failure to finish, unused team seats, and changes in staffing, schedules, or training plans. Deleting an account or choosing not to use purchased access does not entitle you to a refund.

Review before paying

Review the course description, preview, price, seat count, access term, and technical requirements before purchasing. Contact us if you need clarification. Individual seats provide ongoing access while the purchased course is offered; team seats have the term stated at checkout, normally twelve months from purchase.

Immediate digital delivery

Checkout requires agreement to the purchase terms and a separate request for immediate delivery of the digital course. Where applicable law permits, you acknowledge losing a statutory cancellation right when digital content delivery begins. We record that acknowledgment and confirm the applicable purchase terms with your receipt. This does not waive rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Mandatory rights and billing errors

This policy does not exclude any non-waivable remedy for content that is not supplied, is defective, or is materially different from its description, or any other remedy required by applicable law. Contact us if you believe a payment was unauthorized, duplicated, or processed incorrectly so we can investigate and correct any error. Your lawful bank, card-network, and dispute rights remain unaffected.

Earlier orders and required reversals

This policy applies to new purchases under the terms effective November 1, 2026. It does not remove rights promised when an earlier purchase was made. If a refund or reversal is required, purchased access and associated team seats may be withdrawn when the payment is reversed.
